Ordering Process
You can faxed, email, or call our sales department to place orders. We require personalized orders to be faxed or emailed. If you wish to include your company's invoice with customers packages, email or fax us your company invoices.

Delivery
We can drop ship to your customers or deliver directly to your location. Orders usually ships in 5-7 working days. International orders may take up to 4-6 weeks before arrival. Tracking numbers are only available for U.S. deliveries. 

Personalization
Items can accommodate multiple lines and characters. Adjustments will be made for large numbers of characters. Example: First line: Allison & Kevin; second line: August 21, 2012. If you have a company logo or specific font, you can make a request to info@rockwellindustry.com.

Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, business check, and money order. Net 15 terms available upon approval. If pay by check, make payable to Rockwell Industry. No COD's and please do not send cash.
