Personalization/Engraving
It is the reseller's responsibility to enter the personalize information
correctly. We will personalize all text information exactly as they appear.
Available fonts on personalized items includes Standard, Script,
Monogram, & Old English. Silver Items: Character length should be up to
20 characters per line depending on area of product. Embroidery Items:
up to 12 characters per line. Additional fees apply for more characters. Be sure to use correct capitalization for all letters. Engraving may not
appear exactly like it is pictured, in terms of number of characters.
Therefore, we reserve the right to adjust the font size to fit properly
on the engraved area. Any changes require written notice by fax or
email with your PO# (purchase order number). You must receive an email confirmation
back from us that we have acknowledge the new changes.
Return & Exchange
Policy
Understandably, special orders and personalized items can not be
exchanged or refunded. Changes cannot be made on personalized items
after completion. Order cancellation must be made within 24 hours. You
are required to request RMA
(return merchandise authorization) for any returns, exchanges, or refunds
by contacting info@rockwellindustry.com. Return package to: 21143
Hawthorn Blvd. Unit#304, Torrance CA 90503. Damaged and defected products must be reported
within 72 hours from time of arrival for exchange at no extra charge.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on
non-engraved items. You can exchange or refund item(s) within 14 days
from date of purchase. Refund amount will be for subtotal
amount and S&H will not be refunded. In addition, S&H charges to return
the merchandise is the responsibility of the reseller(s) and/or customer(s). For your
protection, insure the package against damage and lost. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages returned by the
customers. Once we receive the package, allow 3-5 business days for refunds or exchanges to be
processed.
Carriers & Tracking Number
We ship to U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and most
international destinations. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO
addresses. UPS and FedEx tracking numbers are available for U.S.
shipment only.
International orders will be shipped by USPS (tracking number not
available).

Inventory
Out of stock merchandise will follow our normal procedure. We will
process the order and complete transaction to your account. When
merchandise becomes available, you will be notified immediately with estimated date of arrival.
Agreement Terms
As a user of Rockwell Industry, you understand and expressly agree with
Rockwell Industry Conditions & Policies. This agreement sets our terms
and conditions which apply to any product and service offered by
Rockwell Industry. Rockwell Industry shall have the right at any time to
change or discontinue any aspect or feature of our service. We will not
be liable for orders with incorrect delivery addresses
or fraud. Prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, we
have the right at any time to change or modify terms and conditions of
service to impose new terms and conditions. Rockwell Industry do not
guarantee any product or service offered by third-party services;
therefore, each person should use his or her best judgment. Agreement
can be cancelled at any time by Rockwell Industry or reseller.
Rockwell Industry has the right to refuse service at anytime.
